Working with Débora gave me insights I simply couldn't get from Google or general career advice. As an international professional in Denmark, I found the job market and hiring process quite unfamiliar. Débora helped me understand the unwritten rules of recruitment: things only someone with real HR experience knows. She explained which interview questions are now considered outdated, what hiring managers actually…
Exclusive career mentoring for real adults.
Yeah, looking for a job sucks... especially if you're trying to build an international career.
You send thousands of applications just to get a random "no reply, we regret to inform you" kind of BS. You message recruiters with intention, still get ghosted. You try to network with other professionals, nothing happens.
Looking for a job can feel like an endless hunt (believe me, I've been there, on both sides of the table).
And that's why I made it my mission to show that recruitment doesn't need to suck, for anyone. No matter if you're looking for your first international job, relocating to Europe, or simply trying to understand why recruiters are like this, I've got your back.

Too many questions and not enough recruiter friends?
Coffee chats bring you contacts. My tea brings you answers.
3 questions. 15 min. €15. Zero panic.

Meet your favorite recruiter.

Hey there, I'm Deb! Ex Air Force lieutenant turned international recruiter (we'll get to that story if you keep reading).
I've spent 10+ years working in HR and recruitment across Europe and LATAM, helping amazing professionals get hired internationally.
As a candidate, I submitted over 300 applications before landing my first job in Malta without a European passport. Holy Moly, that was stressful... so trust me, I totally get how you're feeling.
Later, I relocated to Denmark with visa sponsorship and had to learn how to navigate a completely different and very closed job market by myself.
Now I'm here to help you skip a lot of unnecessary suffering! I'll share everything I've learned about recruitment, job searching, relocation, interviews, CVs, LinkedIn, and getting hired internationally, so you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Oh, very important: I love cats, I hate cheese, and I wear pink on Wednesdays.
15 minutes for €15.
Before you book
15 for 15 is a career Q&A session, not a recruitment service.
You bring me three focused career questions. I give you three honest answers.
I cannot review your CV or LinkedIn, find vacancies for you, refer you, help with one specific application or magically get you hired in Europe in 15 minutes.
If you're looking for a quick fix, this is not it.
15 for 15 means: ask me three burning career questions, and I'll give you three brutal answers.
But what I can, and will, answer is something like:
• Why am I not getting interviews?
• Should I move to Europe before finding a job?
• Am I applying for the right roles?
• How does recruitment actually work?
What this session includes:
✅ Honest advice.
✅ A sanity check.
✅ A taste of how I work.
What it does not include:
❌ CV or LinkedIn reviews.
❌ Job hunting.
❌ Referrals.
❌ Help with a specific application.
❌ Me magically getting you a job in Europe.
That said... if we decide to work together beyond the 15 for 15, some of these things might actually happen. 😉
15 minutes. €15. Three questions.
Think of it as a beer tasting before ordering the whole pint.

If you leave our chat freaking out a little less than when you joined, my mission is accomplished.
Why OnlyDebsNo, not that website.?
I know what you're thinking...

At this point, two things must be crossing your mind:
1. Everybody is a mentor nowadays, so why is your career mentoring any different?
To answer your first question, I could tell you all about my experience hiring top talent across Europe for around 5 years and mentoring incredible professionals for over 3 years, but seriously? That would be a lot of blah blah blah. Instead, I'll give you just one reason:
I really hear you.
There's no one size fits all here. No copy and paste career plans, no generic LinkedIn advice, no pretending there's one magical CV that works for everyone. I also won't pretend finding a job in Europe is a walk in the park, because I was always so p*ssed when internet coaches said that!
If you decide to work with me, we'll build a personalized strategy around your goals, your experience, and the job market you're trying to break into.
2. What the... fudge is this name?
And oh... about why OnlyDebs? What you want to see is here 👀⬇️
Recruitment Uncensored.
So you've decided to order the whole pint. I knew you had good taste! I'm officially your recruiter BFF now.
Now, let's build a career strategy that actually works for you. Here's what's next:
I'll turn your career upside down.
I'll grill your CV, optimize your LinkedIn profile, prepare you for interviews, and help you understand what recruiters are actually looking for. But hey, we don't believe in miracles here! You're the one who'll put in the hard work. My job is making sure you spend your energy on the things that actually matter in today's job market.
I'll tell you the truth, even when it hurts.
I'll never spare you the truth. I don't want you to take just any job. I want you to find one that'll genuinely make you happy.
I'll spill the recruiter tea.
Yes, recruiters can be sneaky (shocker!). I'll tell you everything recruiters know that candidates usually don't, and everything that might be holding you back in your career or your job search.
I'll cut the BS.
No fake promises, no generic CV templates, no copy and paste advice. Real adults have no time to waste, and I'm here to help you take back control of your career.
I'll (try to) make you laugh.
Jokes and memes are part of my toolbox, because work life balance DOES matter.
🍵 Recruiter Tea
Coming soon: recruiter tea, international career stories, CV myths, LinkedIn chaos and everything nobody tells you about getting hired in Europe.
"Wait... what about the Air Force story?"
Oh, I totally forgot! But now it's time to get to work, so why don't I tell you that over a call?
